Mouse Hemoglobin Measurement

Appropriate commercially available mouse hemoglobin for the standard solution, please be diluted.

＜Samples＞

Add 100ul/well of 10ug/ml 7575 to microtiter plate.
Incubate at 4C for overnight and block with 0.5% Skim milk/PBS for 1 hour.
Shake out the solution.
Add 100u1 of sample diluted by 1%BSA/PBS.
Incubate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Wash 3 times 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS.
Add 100u1 of 7971 diluted x100 with 1%BSA/PBS..
Incubate for 1 hour at room temperature.
Wash 3 times.
Add 100 ul of TMBZ solution.
Incubate to develop the color.
Add 100u1 of 1N H2SO4.
