MOUSE IgE EIA KIT YAMASA
This ELISA kit was developed with two kinds of monoclonal anti-mouse IgE antibody. Mouse IgE can be measured with high sensitivity. The antibodies are highly specific to mouse IgE and do not cross-reactive with other immunoglobulins. All reagents are enclosed in the kit, eliminating the need of new reagent preparation. The reaction is completed in about 2 hours. A 96-well microtiter plate allows simultaneous measurement of many samples. Only a microplate reader capable of measuring absorbance at 450 nm is needed, and no other special equipment is needed.

Dilute mouse sera 25-fold* before measurement. *Note: Sera at a higher concentration may influence the measurement. |
|
1. | Set a mouse IgE plate in the well holder |
2. | Add 100 μL each of diluted sample, mouse IgE standard solution, and sample diluent. |
3. | Incubate the sample at 20-25℃ for 30 minutes. |
4. | Wash the plate with 300 μL of washing solution three times. |
5. | Add 100 μL of mouse IgE antibody enzyme solution. |
6. | Incubate the sample at 20-25℃ for 30 minutes. |
7. | Wash the plate under the same conditions as 4. |
8. | Add 100 μL of coloring solution. |
9. | Incubate the sample at 20-25℃ for 15 minutes. |
10. | Add 100 μL of reaction stop solution. |
11. | Measure absorbance at 450 nm. |
12. | Read the mouse IgE concentration in the sample using a standard curve. |
[Example of standard curve] |
[Example of mouse serum measurement] Serum IgE concentrations were measured in Nc/Nga mice with dermatitis using the kit.
