5. Mouse albumin
Mouse albumin can be measured.

For the development of the product, purified mouse albumin was commercially available as a standard solution.
However, its sales are currently suspended, making the purified product difficult to obtain.
Hence, to conduct EIA for quantification as described below, albumin needs to be purified from mouse sera.
To quantify the increase or decrease in concentrations using the same experimental system, the mouse sera need to be diluted as needed to adjust absorbance to be used as a reference.
It should be noted that we neither provide a purified standard nor receive a contract of purification.
<Example of use>
An example of EIA measurement using the above products.
Add 100ul/well of 10ug/ml 7618 to microtiter plate. Incubate at 4C for overnight and block with 0.5% Skim milk/PBS for 1 hour. Shake out the solution. Add 100u1 of sample diluted by 1%BSA/PBS. Incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. Wash 3 times 0.05% Tween 20 in PBS. Add 100u1 of 7969 diluted x100 with 1%BSA/PBS. Incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. Wash 3 times. Add 100 ul of TMBZ solution. Incubate to develop the color. Add 100u1 of 1N H2SO4. Read at 450 nm. |
6. Mouse transferrin

Cross-reactivity
(1) Anti-muscle myosin heavy chain antibody
Reactivity of anti-SM1, -SM2, and SMemb antibodies to antigens of various rat strains is shown below.
No animals other than those listed in the table were examined.
(2) Anti-interferon antibody
Anti-INF antibodies against α and β subunits (human and mouse antigens) are commercially available.
Cross-reactivity of each antibody is shown below.
(3) Anti-mouse immunoglobulin antibody
