抗カルジオリピン β2グリコプロテインⅠ複合体抗体（抗CL・β2GPⅠ複合体抗体）は、ミトコンドリア膜に存在するカルジオリピンと、血漿中に広く存在し陰性リン脂質に結合するβ2グリコプロテインⅠとの複合体を認識する自己抗体です。
自己免疫疾患の患者血清で検出され、SLE、抗リン脂質抗体症候群、動静脈血栓症などで上昇することが知られています。
使用目的
血清中の抗カルジオリピンβ2グリコプロテインⅠ複合体抗体の測定
測定原理
本製品は、固相酵素免疫測定法（ELISA）により血清中の抗カルジオリピン（CL）・β2グリコプロテインⅠ（β2GPⅠ）複合体抗体を測定するキットです。固相化したCLにヒトβ2GPⅠを添加して複合体を形成させることで、β2GPⅠの構造が変化し内部抗原部位が露出します。これに検体を反応させると、検体中の抗CL・β2GPⅠ複合体抗体が結合します。洗浄後、酵素標識抗ヒトIgG抗体を反応させることで抗原—抗体—標識抗体のサンドイッチ複合体が形成されます。その後、酵素–基質反応による発色の吸光度を測定し、検体中の抗CL・β2GPⅠ複合体抗体量を定量します。
