Cell-Based IVDs
Cell-based bioassays are powerful tools for evaluating the biological activity of target molecules. We utilize genetically engineered cells to provide unique IVDs capable of measuring biological activity with high precision.

Antibodies-Based IVDs
Immunoassays that leverage the specificity of antibodies are ideal for detecting trace amounts of target molecules. With our proprietary antibody production technologies and optimized assay systems, we provide highly sensitive and highly selective immunoassay kits.
From designing and preparing antigens in-house—whether purified antigens derived from biological tissues or recombinant antigens—to immunizing animals and conducting screening using assay systems tailored to each application, we produce antibodies optimized for the intended diagnostic purpose.

Immunoassay schematic

Uses a primary antibody, which binds to the target antigen (or an antigen in a sample), and a secondary antibody, which specifically binds to the primary antibody, to detect the antigen. The secondary antibody helps amplify the signal, thereby improving sensitivity.

Based on the principle that labeled antigens and antigens in the sample compete for antibody binding sites. It allows highly quantitative measurement through signal changes corresponding to concentration, even for low-molecular-weight antigens.
